Return & Refund Policy
In the event of Manufacturer Defect:
- A replacement or full refund will be issued.
- Customer will have to inform Bedorzo team within 14 days after receiving the shipment in order to get an exchange or full refund.
- Customers will have to provide images of fault area and full length of product.
- Full refund will be issued to the original payment.
Other Return Reasons:
- Items can be returned for any reason within 30 days after delivery of your shipment.
Item's Condition:
- Items must be in original condition, unwashed, not-used and must be in original packaging and in sell-able condition.
- Picture of the product must be provided in original packaging.
Return Conditions:
- Return Period: 30 days from the delivery date.
- Restocking Fee: 15% of Product Price.
- Refund Time: Within 10 Working Days.
- Shipping Cost for Returns: Free

Decline Request: Any request outside allowed time period will not be accepted by the system. Items which are bought at clearance, finale sale, opened item is not eligible for return.
How do customer return?
- While applying for return please make sure to include your order number, condition and pictures of your items, and reason for return.
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.
- Please note that you will find the return shipping label in the box. In case you do not find it let us know & we will mail you immediately.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your request is approved then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the money to reappear in your account.
I received the wrong item:
- If you receive a wrong item please contact us within 7 days of your delivery date and provide us with the order number.
- You will receive a prepaid label via email so you may return the wrong item. Please print the shipping label, attach it to your package and drop it off to the respective shipping carrier. Once the item is received, we will ship you the correct item.
Please Note:
- We do not accept returns on used, washed or products not in re-sale condition, or on any final-sale/clearance items.
- No returns after 30 days of your delivery date.
- Please repack all Bedorzo products in the original package they were delivered.
- Return Authorization numbers must be properly shown on the outside of the return package.
